` RESOLUTION No. 69-48
. P,ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
. LYDIWOOD RLQUESTING WITHDRAWAL OF A CERTAIN AREA �
OF LAPID ANNEXED TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED .
SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT OF LOS ANGELFS COUNTY. ,
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of a�certain�area of land as hereinafter descritied, to said city
of Lynwood, and .
' WHEREAS, the State of Cali£.ornia Health and.Safety Code,
Division 5,.Part 3, Chapter 4, Article 7, provides that whenever
. any portion of a district is included within a city by reason of
annexation, such portion may be�withdrawn from the district by
request of the City Council, •„�_ .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lynwood hereby requests the Board of S'upervisors•of
� Los Angeles County to exclude from the District those'portion of .'
the Consblidated Sewer Maintenance District lying.within the
following described areas of land: , '

Beginning at an angle point in the boundary of the
City of Lynwood.as same existed on March 18, lg6g;
said angle point being a point in the westerly�line
. of the-parcel of land marked "Omri J. Bullis l00.495
� acres" on rnap of the Bullis Land recorded in'Book 3,
page 399 of Pfliscellaneous Records, in the office of
the Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, distant
- North 11°45' West thereon 1692.90 feet from the
� southwesterly corner of said parcel of land; thence
alon� said boundarv_of the_Citv o,f Lvnw.00d_._the �
� 1
said boundary of the City of Lynwood S 11°45' E 335.61 ft.
to the point of beginning.
BE IT FURTHER P,ESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed
and ordered to file,a copy of this resolution with the Board of
Supervisors `of Los Angeles County.
