VARIANCE to permit installation of a boat lift that exceeds 500# lifting capacity and will not be attached to a sea wall. b. LEVEL 3 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit construction of a 241x5' wooden dock and installation of a 25,000 lb., four -motor aluminum cradle boatlift supported by 8 pilings. 2.
