RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF •
LYNWOOD WITHDRAIJING A CERTAIN AREA OF LAND ANNEXED
TO SAID CITY FROM THE CONSOLIDATED FIRE PROTECTION
llISTRICT OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY'.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of certain land, as hereinafter described, to said City of Lynwood, ��
and
WHEREAS, said City of Lynwood does provide fire protection
to said area of land, and
WHEREAS, the State of California Health , and Safety Code,
Division 12, Part 3, Chapter 2, Article 11 rovides that whenever

any portion of a fire protection district is included within a city
by reason of annexation, such_portion may be withdrawn from the
district, ,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the £ollowing described area of land be i
and the same is hereby declared withdrawn from said Consolidated
Fire Protection District of Los Angeles County:
