RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
� LYNWOOD WITHDRAWING A CBRTAIN AREA OF LAND APdNEXBD
TO SAID CITY OF LYNLd00D FROM THE WILLOWBROOI{ •
LIGHTING DISTRICT'OF LOS ANGELfiS COUIQTY.
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood has completed the annexation
of a certain area of land to said City of Lynwood, as hereinafter
described, and �
�WHEREAS, the State of California Streets and Highways
Code:, Division 14, Part 4, Chapter 16 of Highway Ligkiting '
District Act provides that whenever any portion of a district is
included within a city by reason of annexation, such portion may
be withdrawn from the district, '
� NOW, THEREFOP,E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood that the following described area of land
_ lying within sai'd Willowbrook Lighting District of Los Angeles
' County be, and the same is hereby declared withdrawn from said district:

` That portion of the San Antonio Rancho described

Beginning at the northeasterly corner of Tract No.
� 9196 as shown on map filed in Boolc 122, page 19 of
Maps,�in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles; thence South 10° East 1480.54 feet
along the easterly boundary of Forthmann Tract
as shown on map filed in Book 7, page 158 ancl 15g . �
of said Maps to the.northerly terminus^of that
certain course in said boundary having a bearing of
N 14°16' E; thence South 14°05' West along said
certain course and its southerly prolongation
�218.71 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 20
in Block A of the Watts P,ark Tract as shown on map

filed in Book 8, page 70 of said A9aps; thence
southerly in a direct line to the most.westerly .�. .

being a point in the northerly line of 107th Place,

the City, of South Gate as same existed on said date;

as described in deed to County of Los Angeles

� BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed •
