Partnership, the owner of the property located at 2002 Pelican Lane, Gulf Stream, Florida which is legally described as Lot 9, Driftwood Landing Subdivision. a. LAND CLEARING PERMIT -To permit the removal of exotic trees and others to allow for ingress and egress to the property and clear the site for the pool. b.
