RESOLUTION OF ORDER OF VACATION BY CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD OF THAT
PORTION OF CENTURY BOUI�EVARD, 42 FEET WIDE,
LYING ADJACENT TO LOTS 3 THROUGH 10 OF
TRACT N0 20680, MAP BOOK 552, PAGES 4,
• 5, AND 6, RECORDS OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood did on
the 5th day of December, 1g67 adopt Resolution No 67-78 declaring
its intention to vacate that portion of Century Boulevard, 42 feet
wide, ly3ng adjacent to lots 3 through 10 of Tract No. 20680, Map
Book 552, Pagee 4, 5, and 6, Records of Los Angeles County, in
the City of Lynwood, as hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, notices of said vacation were published and
poeted in the time, form, and manner required by law, and
WHEREAS, no protests were made at said hearing to said
proposed vacation of said atreet,
NOW, THEREF'ORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood, as follows:
Section 1 . That the following described portion of street
is unnecessary for present or proepective public use, and it is
hereby ordered that the following described portion of street in
the City of Lynwood, California, be vacated and abandoned:
That portion of Century Boulevard, 42 feet wide,
lying adjacent to Lots 3 through 10 of Tract No.
20680, Map Book 552, Pages 4, 5, and 6, Records
of Los Angeles County.
Section 2 . That the City of Lynwood reeerves an easement
in, over, or upon said above described property for the construction,
erection, andfor maintenance therein of public utilities.
„ „ , Section 3. That the City Clerk shall cause a certified
copy o£ said order to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of
Los Angeles County.
