Applications for Development Approval 1. An application submitted by Charles Erickson, a contract purchaser of the property currently owned by Zola Eaton, which is located at 3232 N. Ocean Blvd., Gulf Stream, FL, and is legally described as Lot 32 and the north 50' of Lot 33 in Gulf Stream Properties subdivision. a. LEVEL 2 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit minor renovations and additions to existing residence totaling 993 square feet, which include the addition of a game room at the center of the home, a cupola over the garage, a terrace at the southwest side of the home and an entrance gate off Gulf Stream Road. b. N. OCEAN BOULEVARD OVERLAY PERMIT for the installation of a gate off State Road AlA and landscaping and chain link fencing within the 50 foot corridor. VII. Items by Staff. A.
