TAX MONIES ON THE BASIS OF ONE-HALF POPUliATION

The City Council of the C,ity. o'£ Lynwood does hereby resolve
as,follows: ,

tax money, on the basis of sales and use tax returns:is deemed to be
inequitable to cities and the taxpaying citizens.,of Lynwood. ,

metho'd o£. distrib,ution,o cigarette tax revenues is_on the basis.of
