An application submitted by Mr. & Mrs. Hewlett Kent, the owners of the property located at 520 Middle Road, Gulf Stream, Florida, which is legally described as Lot 19 and Part of Lot 20, Gulf Stream Cove Subdivision. a. LEVEL 2 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit the demolition of an existing 200 sq. ft. porch overhang and construction of a 694 sq. ft. one-story addition at the front of the home to create a more formal entry and add a library, and to reconfigure the driveway and construct entry posts.
