RESOLUTION N0, 68-16
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A
REPORT OF P9AINTENANCE OF 5TREET LIGHT3 TN
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FOR THE TWELVE-MONTH
FERIOD COMMENCING JULX 1, 1968.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows: '
Section 1 : That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of sai'd city, a
report, in writing, covering the maintenance o£ all street lighting
in said city for a period commencing July l, 1y68, and ending June
30, 7.969.
5ection 2 . That aaid report shall contain the following:
a, An esfimate of the costs and expense of the
improvement for the eneuing fiscal year.
b. A diagram for the aseesement district referred
�' to in Resolution o£ Intention No. 67-16, adopted
� on the 7th day of March, 1G67, and the boundariea
and dimensions o£ the respective lots and parcels
" -- of land within the district as it existed at the
. time of the making of the last mentioned diagram,
each o£ whieh lots or parcels shall be given a
. special number on tEbe diagram.
c. A schedule showing the proportionate amount of
� aesessment ta be charged in proportion to the
benefits to be received by each lot or parcel
ehown on the diagram required by subdivision (b)
i
of this secti�n. '
Section 3 . That such report shall be in compliance with
the'provisions o£ the Street Lighting Act_of 191g Part I, Division
�
: 14, Chapter 6, o£ the 5treets and Highways Code of the State of
:� California, ,as- amended.
