LEVEL 3 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit the demolition of the existing structures and the con- struction of a 5,491 square foot two-story Bermuda style single family dwelling with a three -car garage, basement and swimming pool. b. SPECIAL EXCEPTION to exceed the Floor Area Ratio by 105 square feet for un -enclosed patio/loggia area. C.
