LEVEL 2 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW requesting approval for a decorative monogram, that has been made a part of an entry gate, to remain. 2. An application submitted by Mark Marsh, Bridges, Marsh & Associates, as agent for Scott and Lisa Morgan, owners of the property located at 1140 N. Ocean Blvd., Gulf Stream, Florida, which is legally described as part of Lots 7 and 8 in Golf Course Addition. a.
