TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
NOVEMBER 18, 1997
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted November 14, 1997, Chairman Souder called the meeting of the Temple
City Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:17 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 1997.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member - Breazeal, Brook, Wilson, Gillanders and Souder
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, Assistant Executive Director Dawson and General
Counsel Martin
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Mr. Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mrs. Wilsc.' aad
unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular meeting of November 4, 1997
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of November 4, 1997, as submitted with Chairman
Souder and Mr. Breazeal abstaining.
B. 1996 -97 AGENCY AUDIT REPORT
Received and filed.
C. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 97 -647: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 97 -647, allowing claims and demands in the amount of $19,281.60.

6. NEW BUSINESS
A. TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ANNUAL REPORT FOR JULY
1, 1996 TO JUNE 30, 1997
Executive Director Riley provided background information as outlined in the staff report dated
November 4, 1997.
Mr. Breazeal moved to accept the annual report for filing with the City Council, the California
Department of Housing and Community Development and the Office of the State Controller; and
adopt Resolution No. CRA 97 -648 approving the annual report, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and
unanimously carried.

10. ADJOURNMENT:
At 8:18 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular meeting of
the Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, December 2, 1997.
