VI. PUBLIC HEARING.
A. Applications for Development Approval
1. An application submitted by John Montgomery, as Agent for
South Ocean Group, the owners of property located at 3244
N. Ocean Blvd., Gulf Stream, Florida, which is legally
described as Lot 31 and Part of Lot 30 in Gulf Stream
Properties Subdivision, for the following:
a. NORTH OCEAN BLVD. OVERLAY PERMIT to relocate driveway
entrance north of existing entrance and fill in the
existing opening to match existing 4' wall; replace
the gravel surface with pavers; install new 6' high
wall to connect the north column to the existing 4'
high wall on the north property line; and add
additional landscape material.
b. LEVEL 2 ARCHITECTURAL/SITE PLAN REVIEW to permit
relocation of the driveway entrance to a location
near the north property line; replace gravel driveway
with pavers; install 6' high columns and gate along
with approximately 10' of 4' high wall on the north
property line wall; and add additional landscape
material.

PROCEEDINGS, AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, MAY NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM
RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY
