� A RESOLUTION OF THE INCORPORATED CITY OF LYPIWOOD '
ESTABLISHING TAX DISTP,ICT NUMBER 1 OF SAID CITY;
-' FIY.ING THE RATES OP TAXES, AND LEVYING TAXL,S FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 1968 AND ENDING
JUNE 30, 196g. �
•. The City. Council of the City. of Lynwood, California, does
hereby resolve as follows:
S'ectiori l .' Tax Distr'ict No. 1 That,.for the purpose of
taxation, all of that .territory and lands lying and being in the' cor-
porate limits of the City'of Lynwood, California, prior to February
1, 1968 be known as and constitute Tax District No..l of said city.
S'e'ctiori 2 . That .the amount of money necessary to.be raised
by taxation upon the taxable property within the "corporate limits of
the City of Lynwood, County of Los Angeles, State of California, in
Tax District No. 1 of said city,.to provide 'for carrying on the
various__.functions.of. municipal government in said"city for the �
fiscal year beginning July 1, 1968, and ending June 30 1.969 is
hereby fixed at the sum of Four Hundred Thirty-four Thousand
Three.,Hundred Eighty-four and Eighty-three Aundredths Doll'ars
($434,384.83)•
S'ectlon 3 • That in addition to,the amount of money
necessa'ry to .be raised as aforesaid;. ±he 'amount of money necessary'
to be raised by:taxation upon.the taxable property within the corporate
, � 1'imits of said city in Tax District No. l�of said city to provide
' for the payment to.the 'State Employee's' Retirement System according
to the terms of. contr,act with the State of California for making
the officials and employees of the City of Lynwood memUers of the
State Employees' Retirement System, authority for the execution of
. said contract as granted by" Ordinance IVo. 426, adopted by, a vote �
of the qualif.ied el'ectors of the City of Lynwood the l6th day of
April 1g46 for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1g68 and ending
June 30 1969 is hereby £ixed at .the' sum of One Hundred Seventy-six
Thousand Four Hundred Five and Forty-eight Hundredths Dollars ($176,405.48
