A RESOLUTION OF .THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
� - LYNWOOD AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 68-41 (EXHIBIT A)'
FOR ADVERTISIIJG, PROMOTION ANll P.UBLICITY FOR
SDVERTISING, PROMOTION AND PUBLICITY FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1968-69.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby resolve
as £ollows:
° Section l. An agreement and resolution (Exhibit A) exists
between the City of Lynwood and the Lynwood Chamber. of ,Commerce
which establishes a program for advertising, promotion and publicity
for fiscal y.ear 1968-6g. In said agreement the City.Council reserves
the right to amend or supplement the annual promotion and publicity
program.
Section 2 , It has been determined that Christmas decor-
ations in the central business district are a desired and necessary
� adjunct to the advertising of the City of Lynwood. It is therefore'
determinecl that the City Council, through its agent .the Chamber of
Commerce, will match dollarfor dollar, voluntary contributions
made for the purpose of overhead decorations up to a maximum of
$75�. No administrative or other indireet expenses shall be met
from this appropriation.
Section'3 Resolution 68-41 is hereby amended to provide
£or the e:�penditure of.up to $750 for overhead Christmas decorations
in the central business district..
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15th day of October 1968.
