RESOLUTION ABANDONIIQG THE PROPOSED IMPROVEM�NT
OF LOS FLORES.BOULEVARD BETWEEN LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD ANID IMPERIAL HIGHWAY BY THE WIDENING

OF SAID BOULEVARD, TOGE'PHER WITH ALL INCIDENTAL
' AND APPURTENANT WORK. •
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City. of Lynwood, on.
the lst day of .October, 1968 adopted its amended P,esolution of
Intention No: 68-56 in the matter of the proposed improvement of
Los Flores Boulevard between Long Beach Boulevard and Imperial
Highway, and ,
WHEREAS, affidavits have been presented of mailing and
posting notices of, the adoption bf said resolution in the time,
form and manner, and to .the persons, all as provided by the
Streets and Highways Code, Division VII, cited as the.'Improvement '
Act of 1911, and ameridments, ther.eto; and

WHEREAS, Ldednesday, the�.6th day of November, 1g68 at the
hour of p.m. in trie Council Chambers in the City Hall,in said
City. of Lynwood was the time and place set in said resolution when

and where any objections or protests to said proposed work or
' improvements, or. to the'extent of the district to be 'assessed, or
to the grades to which the worl< is proposed to be. done would.be heard
by said•City Council,�and �
WHEREAS, at .said he'aring held on the 6tfi day of November�,
1968, majority protests were filed against the things proposed under
Resolution No.'68-56, . .
, N06d, THEP,EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lynwood that the said City Coun•cil has consider,ed all facts
and testimony and pr.otests filed against said proposed work, and
that said protests constitute a majority protest, and that said
City. Council her.eby declares said improvement to.be abandoned and . �
that no.further proceedings as outlined in said Resolution No. 68-56
