Enclosed herewith is easement #12 for signature
,an «_-}•t9nrahti with the changes desired by Mr. Bunch
Incorporated therein. I am also returning the notes
made by Mr. Bunch for comparison purposes. You will
observe that I made practically no changes therein.
Also enclosed are some blank easements in the event
that others may wish to utilize this same forme There
is no legal objection to use of the same due to the
fact that the purpose of the easement remains the same.

right to enter upon the lands hereinabove described for the
purpose of constructing, repairing and maintaining said water
and/or sewer_ pipes, mains and conduits, doing as little damage
as possible.
