NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina, Minnesota, that a variance be granted to the Applicant to reduce the minimum front yard setback towards Fern Street from 30 feet to 23 feet to construct an attached garage, subject to the following terms and conditions: RHB-150585 ME230-8 98-59 10-06-98 146 1. The garage must be generally consistent with the plans and specifications thereof submitted to the City by the Applicant except that the garage must be at least 30' wide (as viewed from Fern Street) in order to prevent independent development of the lot to the west; 2. The garage must be constructed within one year of the date of this resolution or the approval hereby granted shall be null and void; and 3. The Applicant must pay to the city an administrative fee in the amount equal to the cost to the city for reviewing this application.
