GRANT DEED GRANTING EASEMENT
For and in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration in hand
received, CITIZENS TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation,
Grantor, conveys, dedicates, and grants to the CITY OF McCALL, an Idaho municipal
corporation, Grantee, an easement in perpetuity in, across and under the following
described property for use for underground utility purposes:
see legal description, Exhibit A
together with the right to enter upon so much of the surface of the land within and
adjacent to such easement as is in Grantee's judment necessary and appropriate for
purposes of construction and maintenance; and
Grantor covenants that Grantor is possessed of a.fee simple estate in the land anti has all
authority necessary to grant this easement.
This deed is given to correct an error in the legal descripton attached to that certain deed
recorded November 19, 1993, as instrument no. 200387 in Valley County, which
erroneously placed the property in T. 18 N., R. 2 E., B. M., when T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B. M.
is the correct township.

UTILITY EASEMENT
CITIirNS TELECOMMUNICATIONS PARCEL
A 30 foot wide strip of land for the purpose of a utility easement through a parcel of land
formerly owned by Contel of the West and by GTE, such strip of land located in the
SW1/4 NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 16, T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B. M., Valley County, Idaho, being
more particularly descibed as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of the SW1/4 NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 16, T. 18
N., R. 3 E., B. M., such corner being the southwesterly corner of such Citizens
Telecommuni-cations Parcel; thence,
N. 00° 38' 06" E. a distance of 30.00 feet along the westerly line of such Parcel;
thence,
S. 89° 37' 41" E. a distance of 151.43 feet along a line parallel to and 30.00 feet
north of the southerly line of such Parcel to the point of intersection with the
westerly right-of-way line of State Highway 55, also known as South Third Street;
thence
S. 16° 44' 56" E. a distance of 31.39 feet along such right-of-way line to a point
of intersection with the southerly line of such Parcel; thence,
Leaving such right-of-way line N. 89° 37' 41" W. a distance of 160.81 feet along
such southerly line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Such strip of land containing 4,684 square feet or 0.108 acres, more or less.

I am writing this letter in regards to your recent Grant Deed
Granting Easement. The description of the parcel granted from GTE
West, a Delaware corporation to the City of McCall, an Idaho
municipal corporation, does not exist in Valley County. We believe
that it exists in Adams County.
I have made copies for your convenience and highlighted the
description on the deed. If the legal description is correct, you
will have to record the deed in Adams County. If the legal
description is in error, you will have to correct the error and re-
record in Valley County.
The correction must be recorded no later than April 1, 1994,
in Valley County, in order for the 1994 Assessment Roll to show
this most recent transfer.
If our office can be of further assistance, please feel free

CONTEL OF THE WEST PARCEL
A 30 foot wide strip of land for the purpose of a waterline easement through a parcel of land
owned by Contel Of The West, said strip of land located in .the SW I/4 NW I/4 SEI/4 of Section
16, T.18N., R.2E., B.M., Valley County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest comer of the NW% SEI/4 of Section 16, T.18N., R.2E., B.M.;
said comer being the southwesterly comer of said Contel Of The West Parcel; thence,
1) N.00°38'06"E., 30.00 feet along the westerly line of said parcel; thence,
2) S.89°37'41"E., 151.43 feet along a line parallel with and 30.00 feet northerly of
the southerly line of said parcel to the point of intersection with the westerly
right-of-way line of State Highway 55; thence,
3) S.16°44'56"E., 31.39 feet along said right-of-way line to a point of intersection
with the southerly line of said parcel; thence,
4) leaving said right-of-way line N.89°37'41 "W., 160.81 feet along said southerly
line to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
