THIS INDENTURE made this aD day of June, 1983, by
and between BURTON E. WALKER and BETTE J. WALKER,.husband and
wife, of McCall, Valley County, Idaho., Parties of the First
Part, hereinafter called the GRANTORS, and the CITY OF McCALL,
a Municipal corporation, Party of the. Second Part, hereinafter
called the GRANTEE, whose address is P. O. Box 1065, McCall,
Idaho 83638,
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the GRANTORS for and in consideration of the sum of
ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, to them
in hand paid by the GRANTEE, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents remise, release and forever
QUITCLAIM unto the GRANTEE, and to its successors and assigns,
an easement and right of way for a roadway upon, over, and
across the premises hereinafter described, together with the
'right to construct, operate and maintain the same.

A parcel of 'land .located .in the NWT SW1rINW a of Section
17, Township 1•8 North;.,Range 3 East,,B.M..., Valley
County, Idaho;
Commencing at - the Northwest corner of the NWhSW1/414W1/4
of Section 17; thence North 89°52'24" East, 667.98
feet to a point; thence,South 0°03-1.26" East, 400.00
feet to the reai point of. beginning; thence.continu-
ing South°03'.2.6" East, :70 feetto a_ point; thence
South 89°56110" West, 198.11 feet to a point; thence
North 0°02'46" West, approximately 70 feet to a point;
thence North 89°52'24" East approximately 198.11 feet
back to the'real point of beginning. SAVE'AND EXCEPTING
TEEREFROM a portion of a 70 foot wide road from the
Northwest corner of the above described parcel, the
road to be known as Industrial Loop. (This parcel is
the North 70 feet of Lot 8 of McCall Industrial Park,
not yet recorded in Valley County, Idaho.)
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises,
together with the appurtenances, unto the said GRANTEE and to
its successors and assigns forever.
This grant shall be effective as long as said easement
