Idaho, being a portion of that certain 63.493 Acre Parcel of land as shown Record of Survey
entitled "Walker to Seubert" Recorded December 30, 1991, in Book 4, Page 17 of Records of
Survey, Valley County Records, more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the CW 1/16 corner of Section 17 as shown on said survey; thence,
1) S.00 °09' 19W. , 91.92 feet; thence,
2) N.78°59'27"W., 429.76 feet to a line parallel with and 40.00 feet southwesterly
from that certain course shown on said survey as N.25°40'30"W., 331.02 feet;
thence, along said parallel line,
3) N.25°40'30"W., 343.01 feet to a point on the most northerly line of said survey;
thence, along said northerly line and the northeasterly lines of said survey through
the following courses:
