ANDREW WHITE Certifies that he is a Senior Right of Way Agent for
the IDAHO TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT and that he has reviewed the legal
description on a Corporation Warranty Deed that was prepared by the
Idaho Transportation Department, and recorded on January 13, 2003, as
Instrument No. 268209, records of VALLEY County, Idaho.
WHEREAS, the legal description contained in said Warranty Deed
contained a typographical error, which is the purpose of this Affidavit
to reform and correct; and
WHEREAS, the Idaho Code Section 55-816 permits the recording of
Affidavits affecting the description of real property as part of the
record title of said real property.
NOW THEREFORE, on the aforementioned instrument, the legal
description is corrected to read as follows:
WHEREAS, line no. 30, Item # 7), of the herein above
referenced legal description did read as follows:
"7) N.85°58'40"E., 18.903 meters, (52.02 feet); thence,"
NOW THEREFORE, on the aforementioned instrument, line no. 30, Item
No. 7), of the herein above referenced legal description is corrected to
