22, 24, 27, 29 & 30. Parcels 10 & 25 are in condemnation; however, it is
my understanding that possession agreements are in place for those
properties.

point on the Section line common to Sections 17 and 18; thence along said
section line South 00°10'56" West, 364.03 feet to a point, said point being
the real point of beginning.

the said Grantee, and Grantee's assigns forever. And the said Grantors des
