WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab held a public
hearing at a special Council meeting on June 29, 1976 for the purpose of amend-
ing the budget for the fiscal year commencing on July 1, 1975 and ending June
30, 1976; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed amended budget revised to
show adjustments within some departments but to show no change in the overall
amount of the budget, the Moab City Council unanimously adopted the proposed
amended budget as presented,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the meeting held
June 29, 1976, be, and the same are, hereby ordered to show the adoption of
the amended budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976 as presented to
the Mayor and City Council.
