I did not detect any on the asbuilts and the ones on the east side served as stromwater retention.. The berm may serve their purpose. 3) It is my understanding others are addressing assurance of tree planting conformance. 4) I need to check the asbuilts against the permit drawings. The asbuilts do not show the limits of the improved pavement surface. Web, grid, etc... form for stone. I plan to address this matter as quickly as possible and then leave the island. Below is a brief description of each modification: • Removal of 150 LF 8 "x6" Timber Cross -Ties o The existing grades located just behind the proposed cross -ties allows for stormwater attenuation and promotes infiltration, essentially serving the same purpose as the cross - ties • Removal of full landscape package o Due to budget constraints, the full landscape package was not installed. However, the ordinance required the installation of four (4) new trees to bring the site into compliance. Submitted with this certification is a copy of a letter from the landscape contractor stating their intent to install these four trees once the weather cools down.
