For and in consideration of ten dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in
hand received, BEVERLY BANES, Grantor, conveys and grants to the CITY OF
McCALL, an Idaho municipal corporation, Grantee, the right of use during initial
construction a temporary construction easement across and under the following described
strip of land:
See legal description, Exhibit A; and
as depicted on drawing, Exhibit B.
The above -described strip of land is for the purpose of constructing a sewer line,
said easement to expire when the sewer line and existing manhole is abandoned in a future
construction phase, if ever.
It is expressly understood and agreed, by and between the parties hereto, that the
Grantee will timely complete the work of constructing sewer line and restoring the premises
used therefor to a condition comparable with that existing prior to exercising this easement
or undertaking construction.

A parcel of land located within Lot 5, Block 3, River Subdivision Amended Plat as filed in the Recorders
Office Valley County, Idaho. A ten -foot wide sewer easement centered over the following described line, the side
Lines of which are shortened or lengthened to form a closed figure.
Commencing at a round 1 !2 inch iron pin, marking the Northwesterly comer of said LOt 5, BLOCK 3, trom
which the Southwest comer bears South 30°25'14" West 100.00 feet;
Thence South 23°50'41" East, 110.25 feet to a point marking the Southerly most end center line of said
sewer easement and READ. POW- OF 13EQINNING;
Thence North 1,6°31'34" fast, 5.1X1 feet to the center Of an existing sewer manhole;
I hence continuing North Z4°31.34" East, 47.53 feet to the Southeriy right-of-way of Mather Road and the
POINT OF TERMINUS;
Said parcel contains 525 square feet, more or less.
SUBJECT TO:
All existing easements and road rights -of -way of record or appearing on the above -described parcel of land.
This easement will become null and void when this sewer line is abandoned.
