DESCRIPTION OF A 10 FOOT WIDE SEWER EASEMENT
ACROSS THE McCALL MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
9 HOLE ADDITION
A parcel of land being a part of the NW'/ SW % and the NE % SW % of Section 10, T.18N. ,
R.3E., B.M., Valley County, Idaho, more specifically located within the McCall Municipal
Golf Course, 9 Hole Addition, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 5/8 inch iron pin marking an angle point in said golf course boundary,
said point also being the northernmost corner of Lot 3, Block 3 of SPRING MOUNTAIN
RANCH SUBDIVISION No. 1 and being in the easterly right-of-way line of Spring
Mountain Boulevard; thence,

northeasterly along said boundary and along a nontangent curve to the right
having a radius of 970.00 feet, an arc length of 5.73 feet, a central angle of
0°20'19", a chord bearing of N.40°27'52"E., and a chord distance of 5.73
feet; thence,
2.) S.34°43'03"E., 49.26 feet; thence,
3.) N.88°30'00"E., 219.77 feet; thence,
4.) N.78°21'00"E., 573.99 feet; thence,
5.) S.11 °39'00"E., 10.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin marking an angle point in
said golf course boundary; thence along said boundary the following courses:
6.) S.78°21'00"W., 574..88 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin marking another angle
point in said boundary; thence,
7.) S.88°30'00"W., 232.71 feet to another 5/8 inch iron pin; thence,
8.) N.23°18'00"W.; 50.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
said parcel containing 0.196 acres, more or less.
