S.34°43'03"E., 49.26 feet; thence, 3.) N.88°30'00"E., 219.77 feet; thence, 4.) N.78°21'00"E., 573.99 feet; thence, 5.) S.11 °39'00"E., 10.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin marking an angle point in said golf course boundary; thence along said boundary the following courses: 6.) S.78°21'00"W., 574..88 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin marking another angle point in said boundary; thence, 7.) S.88°30'00"W., 232.71 feet to another 5/8 inch iron pin; thence, 8.)
