HomeMy Public PortalAbout1996.09.25 Power Line Easement Idaho Power CoIdaho Power Company POWER LINE EASEMENT CITY OF McCALL and Valley County, State of Idaho do hereby �ltis' grant andltgc convey to of grant and convey to IDAHO POWER COMPANY, a corporation, with its principal office located at 1220 Idaho Street, Boise, Idaho, its licensees, successors and assigns, Grantee, for One Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged a right of way and easement for the erection and continued operation, maintenance, re- pair, alteration, inspection and replacement of the electric transmission, distribution and telephone lines and circuits of the Grantee, attached to poles or other supports, together with guys, crossarms and other attachments and incidental equipment thereon, and appurtenances, with the right to permit the attachment of the wires and fixtures of other com- panies or parties, over, on and across the following premises, belonging to the said Grantor(s) in Valley County, State of Idaho , in the following location, to -wit: A strip of Land 10 feet wide, being 5 feet on each side of a survey Line, Lying over and across the S%SW4NW4 of Section 17, Township 18N, Range 3E, BM.; as shown on the official plat now on file and of record in the Office of the County Recorder of Valley County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows; Commencing at the West % corner of said Section 17, thence N62°45'E, a distance of 935 feet, more or Less, to an existing power pole which shall be the ReaL Point of Beginning; thence, S67°E, a distance of 100 feet to the end of the easement.
