WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of Moab by resolution adopted a
budget at their meeting held June 29, 1976, for the fiscal year commencing on
July 1, 1976 and ending June 30, 1977; and
WHEREAS, based upon the best information available to the City Council
at this time, it appears that sufficient tax revenue from property taxes can
be generated by a levy of 19.50 mills for the General Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the mill levy, be and the same
as for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1976 to be 19.50 mills for the Gen-
eral Fund.
Passed this 3rd day of August, 1976.
