AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 2002 -8
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISING THE SIZE OF DEPARMENTS OF CITY OF
GREENCASTLE GOVERNMENT OF THE CITY OF GREENCATLE, INDIANA,
FIXING SALARIES FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF SUCH DEPARTMENTS AND
FIXING THE SALARIES OF CERTAIN OTHER APPOINTED OFFICIALS FOR
THE YEAR 2003

BE IT ORDAINED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, that Ordinance 2002 -8 "An Ordinance establishing the Size of
Departments of City Government of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, Fixing salaries for
the Employees of Such Departments and Fixing the Salaries of Certain Other Appointed
Officials for the Year 2003" is hereby amended as follows:
SECTION TWO: That the Police Department shall consist of eighteen (18) full time
members and in addition, five (5) part time school crossing guards. Base pay ranges,
including the maximum, shall be as follows:
P4 — Captain (4) 32,200.00
(4 Captains only for the year 2003)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle this-7
