GULF STREAM HISTORIC HIGHWAY COMMITTEE

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Cynthia
Neeves. Also in attendance were Kim Tiernan, Muriel Anderson,
Jaenne Breazeale, Marjorie McGraw and Scott Harrington.
Scott Harrington led the discussion regarding the selection
process for a landscape architect who would develop a
comprehensive plan for the North Ocean Blvd. corridor. Criteria
would be set forth in a Request for Proposals on March 23 and 30
1997. Interested parties would respond in writing with proposals
by May 1, 1997 at 4:00 pm. The proposal packages would then be
distributed for review amoung the committee members. It was
suggested that each member select their top 3-5 choices and be
prepared to state why.
A meeting to review and rank the proposals was set for May
8, 1997 at 8:30 AM.
