CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 690, an ordinance pertaining to
electric vehicle charging infrastruc-
ture. The ordinance allows electric
vehicle charging as a permitted use
in the City and provides guidance
for future installation of electric ve-
hicle charging infrastructure. The
ordinance also adds a requirement
that site plan reviews required by
code provide information on how
electric vehicle charging prepara-
tion was considered during plan
preparation.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
