ADDENDUM
THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 192-2010) is made and entered into this _24th ______ day of _February_____, 2011, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal corporation
acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 5th Street, Richmond, Indiana, (hereinafter referred to as “City”), and Tim Elstro’s IT Services, 2344
Locust Lane, Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”).
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 192-2010 on December 9, 2010; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Contractor to provide services to assist with the various network upgrades as set forth within the scope of Contract No. 192-2010, provided,
however, that due to the amount of work and time originally anticipated it would take for Contractor to complete the services, City wishes to increase the compensation in order that
Contractor can spend additional time completing the necessary network upgrades that are being conducted; and
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained, including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
The City and Party executed and entered into Contract No. 192-2010, on December 9, 2010. Contract No. 192-2010 is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit “A” and incorporated by reference.
Pursuant to Contract No. 192-2010, Section III Compensation, the City shall pay Contractor an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,250.00) for the services
provided within the Scope of the Agreement.
Both parties hereby agree to increase the compensation to an amount not to exceed Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($7,500.00) for completion of the services as set
forth in that Agreement.
Addendum No. 1 to Contract No. 192-2010
Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the increased compensation amount, Contract No. 192-2010 shall remain intact and unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed and approved by the undersigned representatives of the City and Contractor this _24th, day of February_____, 2011, to be effective in accordance
with its terms as of January 1, 2011.
