RESOLUTION OF INTEIQTION TO ABATE DRY AND DRYING
WEEDS ON CERTAIN.PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD. _
WI�REAS, Chapter 13 of the Government Code, cited as
"Weed and Rubbish Abatement," provides £or abatement of dry and
drying weeds that constitute a public nuisance, and
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council of the City of Lynwood by the Superintendent o£
Streets that there existe a public nuivance on certain parcels of
land in the City of Lynwood, as hereinarter more particularly
described,
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City oi' Lynwood as follows:
l. That a public nuisance exiete upon the.parcels ol'

causesaid notices to be poated in the time, form, and manner required

3, That the proceedings £or aforesaid work shall be taken
under an Act of the Legislature of the State of California designated
a.s the Government Code, Chapter 13, Sections 39501 ef seq., cited as
° Weed and Rubbish Abafement", and amendments thereto.
4. Notice is hereby given that on 7th day of March, 19�7,
Tuesday at the hour of 7:30 p.m., in the.Council Chambers, City Hall,
1133o Bullis Road, in the City of Lynwood, any and all persons having
any objections or protests to said_ proposed work may appear before
said,City Council and show cause why said proposed work should not
