A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF A •
, PRELIMIIJARY PEPORT OP MAIN'I'ENANCE OF' STHEET . •'
' LIGH'PS IIQ THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
.' The City Council of the City of Lynwood, does hereby re-
solve as foTlows:
` Section 1: That the City Engineer be and he is hereby
directed to make and file with the City Clerk of said City a
report, �in writing, covering the maintenance of street lightin� in
said City for a period of three years commencing July 1, 1967.
Section 2 : That said report shall contain the following:
(a) Plans and specifications for the proposed improvement.
� (b) An,estimate of the cost of said improvement for •
period of time above specified.
,. (c) A diagram showing the proposed assessment district � .
and also the boundaries and dimensions of the respective lots or
parcels of.land.within said district, each of wliich lots or parcels '
to be given a separate number upon the diagram. �
(d) A proposed asse'ssment of the total amount of the� �
costs and expenses of the proposed-improvement upon the several
' lots or parcels of land in the assessment district in proportion to•'
the estimated benefits to be received by such lots or parcels,,
, respectively, from said improveinent. , �
