I. PETITIONER REQUEST
On October 1, 2012, an email was received from Lou Fabrizio, Owner, requesting the petition for 38
Emerson Road be withdrawn.
On October 24, 2012, the Zoning Board of Appeals read the request to withdraw.
Member Elliott motioned to accept the withdrawal request.
Member John seconded. Voted 5-0.
