RESOLUTION NO. 15-9041
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF OPA-LOCKA, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY
MANAGER TO SUBMIT TO THE CITY COMMISSION A
MONTHLY ANALYSIS WHICH TRACKS THE BUDGET TO
ACTUAL EXPENDITURES; PROVIDING FOR
INCORPORATION OF RECITALS; PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission has a duty to track the City's budget and
expenditures; and
WHEREAS, there is a need to have a monthly report which analyzes and tracks
the City's budget to expenditures in order for it to carry-out its duty of
insuring the fiscal and financial stability of the City.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF OPA LOCKA, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals to the preamble herein are incorporated by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission hereby directs the City Manager to submit to the
City Commission, on monthly basis, a report which analyzes and tracks the
City's budget to expenditures.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
