A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER AND FIXING TIME OF HEARING IN THE
MATTER OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT OF JOSEPHINE
AVENUE ET AL.
The City Council off' the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, a report on the proposed improvement, to-wit:
the improvement of Josephine Avenue et al by the construction of
new curb, gutter, and drive approaches and all incidenta,l and
appurtenant work, all as shown on Plan No. 67-C-2, has been
� prepared by the City Engineer and delivered to the City Council
of the City of Lynwood as provided in Division 4 of the Streets
and Highways Code cited as "Special Assessment Investigation,
Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931'.' as amended, as
adjourned
directed by the Citg Council at its/regular meeting held on
February 10, 1967.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
l. That the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby approve said report and orders fh9t said report be filed
with the City Clerk.
2. That the City Council does hereby fix the 4th day of
April 1g67 at the hour of 7:30 p.m, as the day and hour, and the
Council Chambers of the City Hall, 11330 Bullis Roacl, Lynwood,
California, as the place when and where any and all persons interested
may appear before said City Council and be heard on any matter
pertaining to said report.
3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized to give notice
as prescribed by Section 2851 of said Streets and Highways Code,
referred to and cited as "Special Assessment Investigation,

Limitafion,: and Majority Protest Act of 1931" as amended, to all

� persons designated in said section.
