RESOLUTION N0. 67=13
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM IN THE
MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF ALMA AVENUE BY THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, SIDE-
WALK AND DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, TOGETHER WITH ALL
INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENANT WORK.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the assessment diagram for the
improvement of Alma Avenue, between Ruth Street and Otis Street,
by the construction o£ curb, gutter, sidewalk and drive approaches,
including all incidental and appurtenant work, as shown on Plan
No. i966-G-4 on file in theoffice of the City Clerk of the City
of Lynwood, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2 , That.the City Clerk of said city is directed
to certify the £act and date of the adoption of this resolution to
the Superintendent of Streets of said city, and shall deliver said
diagram'to said Superintendent of Streets.
