RESOLUTION N0. 67=17
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD SETTING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING
PROTESTS ON THE PROPOSED STREET LIGHTING SERVICE
IMPROVEMENT ON CERTAIbT STREETS IN THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street
Lighting Act of 1919 and amendments thereto," the City Council
of the City of Lynwood has heretofore pasaed and adopted its
Resolution No, declaring its intention to order the
furnishing of the service necessary to maintain and illuminate
by means of electrical energy the street lighting system in the
City of Lynwood for a period of three years;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Lynwood as follows:
Section l . That the City Council does hereby fix
Tuesday, the 18th day of April, 1967 at the hour of 7:30 o'clock
p.m, in the Council Chambere of said City Hall, 1133� Bullis Road,
in the City of Lynwood, as the time and place of hearing any and
all protests in relation to'said proposed improvement.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of the City o£ Lynwood
is hereby directed to'give notice of �aid hea.ring in the time,
form, and manner required by law.
