RESOLUTIOI�1 SETTING FORTH FACTS OF. HEARIATG AND
�CONFIRMIDTG ASSESSMENT IN THE MATTER OF..THE .
` IMPROVEMENT OF DUN.CAN AVENUE ET AL, BETWEEN
FERNWOOD AVENUE AND LAVINIA AVENUE,: BY THE
CONSTRUCTION'OF CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER
AND DRIVEWAY APPROACHES, TOGETHER WITH ALL .
INCIDENTAL AND APPURTENAN`�.WORK:
WHEREAS,. under the provisions of Division 7 of the
Stree'ts and Highways Code, cites as the °Improvement Act of 1911,"
_ and amendments.thereto, the 'City Council of the City of Lynwood
adopted its Res'olution of Intention No. 66-87 on the 20th day of
September., 1g66 declaring its interition to order. certain work,to
be done; re£erence is hereby made to said resolution of intention for
a description of the work or impr.ovement,. the assessment district,
and for particulars, which resolution is on file in the Office of
the City Clerk of said city, and ,
WHEREAS, the proceedings pursuant to said resolution of
intention have been had and taken in the time,'_form and manner
, required 'oy law, and
, WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on the proposed assessment
has been publishecl,'posted, and mailed as required by. law, and
WHEREAS, a full and.complete hearing on said assessment
was held on the.4th 'day of April 1g67 and
