Member Jim Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.99-13
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION OF CAR WASHES
FOR CITY VEHICLES FROM MAYER MOBIL
WHEREAS, Mayer Mobil has offered to donate $250.00 worth of car washes for city
vehicles to the city of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina that
the city agrees to accept the donation of $250.00 worth of car washes; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the city council of the city of Medina thanks Randy
Mayer of Mayer Mobil for this donation.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Phil
Zietlow and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Ferris, Johnson, Smith, and Zietlow
and the following voted against same: None Absent: Hamilton
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
