RESOLUTION N0. 67-27
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI-� CITY
OF LYNWOOD ORDERING THE�SOU.THERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY TO FURNISH THE SERVICE NECES-
SARY TO MAINTAIN AND/OR ILLUMINATE ALL STREET
LIGHTS IN THE CITY OF LYNWOOD.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood,
California did, on the 18th day of April 1g67 adopt Reeolution
No. ordering the work and levying the assessment for
service necessary to maintain and/or illuminate all street
' lights 3n the City of Lynwood, and
WHEREAS, it is determined that there is only one
contraetor practically capable of servicing and lighting main-
tenance district, ae described in said Reaolution of Intention
No. 67-16 of said city, and
WHEREAS, said contractor is sub,ject to the ,jurisdicfion
o£ the Public Utilities Commission of the State of California,
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o£ Lynwood
as follows:
1. That the City Council does hereby order said
improvement to be carried out by Southern California Ediaon
,
Company, a corporation, in accordance with rates and rules filed
by�them from time to time with said Public Utilitiea Comm3esion.
