Discussion: Glenn Vaske is looking to potentially purchase and market the Andersen Addition. He asked
for feedback from the council on the possibility of a zoning change to the current R-1C zone on the north
side of Elizabeth Drive to R-2. He also asked for feedback on moving the private access road that is
behind the current R-1C zone north and making it a frontage road off of Forevergreen Road. This would

would allow for better backyards for both zones and funnel more traffic to Croel Avenue. The City
Council was generally receptive to the potential changes.
