Located in the W12 NE114 SE1/4 of Section 16,
T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B.M.,
City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho
2010
An 8 foot wide public utility easement located in the W1/2 of the NE1/4 of the SE 1 /4 of
Section 16, T. 18 N., R. 3 E., B.M., City of McCall, Valley County, Idaho being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the east 1/4 cornerof said Section 16, a found aluminum cap monument,
C.P.F. Inst No.1717K5, comer records of said Valley County, from which the center -east 1/16 comer
of said Section 16, a found 1/2 inch rebar, C.P.F. Inst. No. 171386, corner records of said Valley
County, bears S 89°56'30" W, a distance of 1333.94 feet; Thence a bearing of S 89°56'30" W, a distance
of 1000,71 feet on the north boundary of the SE1/4 of said Section 16, to a point; Thence a bearing of
S 00'22'51" W, a distance of 30.02 feet to a found 5/8 inch rebar on the south right-of-way boundary
of Deinhard Lane, said rebar being the northeast corner of a parcel of land referenced by said Valley
County as parcel number 7365, and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of said easement;
Thence a bearing of S 00°22'51" W, a distance of 353.09 feet on the east boundary of said
parcel of land, to a point being southeast comer of said parcel of land; Thence a bearing of S
89°57'33" W, a distance of 8.00 feet on the south boundary of said parcel of land; Thence a bearing of
N 00°22'51" E, a distance of 353.09 feet to a point on the south right-of-way boundary of Deinhard
Lane; Thence a bearing of N 89°53'40" E, a distance of 8.00 feet on said south right-of-way boundary,
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said described easement contains 2,825 square feet, more -or -less.
