WALLACE, a divorced man, of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, the party of the first part, hereinafter called the GRANTOR, and the CITY OF McCALL, IDAHO, a municipal corporation, the party of the second part, hereinafter called the GRANTEE, WITNESSETH: That the Grantor for and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar, and other valuable consideration, to him in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby akcnowledged, does by these presents remise, release and for- ever QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee and to its successors and assigns, an easement for a right of way for a public alley upon, over and across the following described tracts of land, to -wit: A tract of land in Lot Two (2), Block Two (2) of Geelan's Addition to the original townsite of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point on the South boundary line of Stibnite Avenue, which point is thirty (30) feet South and Eighty(80) feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot Two (2); thence South a distance of Two Hundred Seventeen and one-half (217.5) feet to the South boundary of said Lot Two (2); thence East Forty (40) feet; thence North Two Hundred Seventeen and one-half (217.5) feet to the South boundary line of said Stibnite Avenue; thence West along the South boundary line of said Stibnite Avenue a distance of Forty (40) feet to the point of beginning; and A tract of land in Lot Three (3), Block Two (2) of Geelan's Addition to the original townsite of McCall, Valley County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Three (3); thence East Eighty (80) feet to the real point of beginning; thence South Thirty- five (35) feet; thence East Forty (40) feet; thence North Thirty-five (35) feet to the North boundary line of said Lot Three (3); thence West along the North boundary line of said Lot Three (3) a distance of Forty (40) feet to the point of beginning. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular the said premises, together with the appurtenances unto the said Grantee and to its successors and assigns forever. The Grantee shall at all reasonable times have the right to enter for the purpose of constructing, repairing, maintain- ing and patrolling said right of way, doing as little damage as possible.
