� RESOLUTION N0. 67-33
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND
MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF JOSEPHINE AVSNUE ET AL, BY THE CONSTRUCTION
OF' CONCRETE CURBS AND GUTTERS AND DRIVEWAY
APPROACHES, TOGETHER WITH ALL SNCSDENTAL AND
APPURTENANT WORK
The City Council o£ the City o£ Lynwood does hereby
reeolve as follows:
Section 1 . That plans and Specifications No. 1967=C-3
for the improvement of Joeephine Avenue et al, by the construction
of concrete curba and gutters and driveway approaches, together
with all incidental and appurtenant work a� prepared and submitted
by the City Engineer of said city on the 2nd day of May, 1967,
be and the same are hereby adopted ae the official plans and
specifications for C�oing-�aid work and'making said improvements.
Said plana and epecifications shall �overn for all detaile of the
proposed work.
gection 2 . That the map or plot worked plan No. 1967-C-4 �
. ahowing the_district of lands to be_ benefited by and to be __
assessed to pay the costs and expenses of said work or improvement,
be and the same is hereby adopted as the officialmap of the
asseeNinent distriet for said work or improvement.
