ORDINANCE 2003 -16
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL NON - REVERTING
COMMUNITY RECREATION CENTER FUND
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Greencastle, Indiana, under I.C.
36 -1 -3 -6 is empowered to create a special non - reverting operating fund for the purpose of
conducting specific programs.
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, as follows:
Section 1. There is hereby established a special non - reverting fund created
for the purpose of funding a Community Recreation Center.
Section 2. There is hereby established a special non - reverting fund created to
purchase/build/maintain a Community Recreation Center Fund.
Section 3. The non - reverting funds shall be created and funded through
donations made to the Community Recreation Center.
Section 4. Expenditures shall be made from the special non - reverting funds
upon claims allowed and approved by the Greencastle Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana.
Section 5. Expenditures from the special non - reverting fund shall be limited
and restricted to the purchase/building/maintaining of a Community Recreation Center.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle,
Indiana, this 14` day of October, 2003.
