TEMPLE CITY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
MINUTES
JUNE 15, 1999
INITIATION:
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Pursuant to the Agenda posted June 10, 1999, Chairman Brook called the meeting of the Temple City
Redevelopment Agency to order at 9:55 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 1999.
2. ROLL CALL:
PRESENT: Member- Gillanders, Souder, Wilson, Breazeal and Brook
ALSO PRESENT: Executive Director Riley, Assistant Executive Di *ector Dawson aac'.. General
Counsel Martin
3. TIME FOR THOSE IN THE AUDIENCE WHO WISH TO SPEAK: None
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
Vice Chairman Breazeal moved to approve the Consent Calendar as presented, seconded by Mr. Gillar.ders
and unanimously carried.
A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Regular Meeting of June 1, 1999
Approved the minutes from the regular meeting of June 1, 1999, as submitted.
B. INVEST1VIENT POLICY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999 -2000
Approved Investment Policy for FY 1999 -2000 and adopted Resolution No. 99 -692, A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
ACKNOWLEDGING THE RECEIPTE AND FILING OF TEES TATEMENT OF INVESTMENT
POLICY FOR FISCAL YEAR 1999 -2000.
C. FOURTH QUARTER BUDGET AMENDMENT
Approved the fourth quarter budget amendment and amended the budget accordingly.
D. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 99 -691: APPROVAL OF PAYMENT OF BILLS
Adopted Resolution No. CRA 99 -691, allowing Maims and demands in the amount of $250,594.00.
5. UNFINISHED BUSINESS
A. ADOPTION OF FISCAL YEAR 1999 -2000 BUDGET
Executive Director Riley presented background information as outlined in the staff report dated
June 15, 1999.
Mr. Gillanders moved to adopt Resolution No. 99 -693, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY ADOPTING
THE ANNUAL BUDGET FO THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1,1999 AND ENDING
JUNE 30, 2000, seconded by Mrs. Wilson and unanimously carried.

10. ADJOURNMENT
At 9:56 p.m., it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried to adjourn. The next regular meeting of
the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 1999.
